About Poppy's Bees
Poppy's Bees was born from a love of the land and a deep respect for the bees that make it thrive. What started as a backyard hive has grown into a small, family-tended apiary rooted in the Ocala National Forest.
The Bees & the Process
Every jar of our raw honey is harvested by hand and bottled straight from the hive — never heated, never filtered beyond what's necessary. That means you get honey the way nature intended: rich with pollen, enzymes, and the distinct flavor of each season's bloom.
What Makes It Special
Our Spring honey captures the light, floral notes of early blooms, while our summer harvest brings a deeper, bolder flavor as the bee's forage through the warmth of the season. No two batches are exactly alike, and that's exactly the point.
